What does a mobile fitness service look like?

Being mobile means we don’t have a fitness studio or dedicated facility, we simply bring our expertise and all necessary equipment to you. We can come to your home, meet at a local park, any safe suitable space will do. This supports our vision that exercise should be accessible for all. Transportation doesn’t need to be a determining factor to get started with a healthier lifestyle.

What equipment can I expect you to bring?

We choose equipment based on each individual client’s needs. However, some of our standard equipment includes a variety of different bands, pilates balls, agility ladder, step ups, medicine balls, massage table and a variety of different sized free weights and bars are available to support exercise progressions.

Do you do exercises for specific things?

Absolutely! For example, we can focus on shoulder strength if you have chronic shoulder issues, or if you find yourself having balance problems we can cater to balance exercises. Each program is tailored to whatever goals you hope to accomplish, small or large.

Is this a long-term commitment? Do you have a cancellation policy?

Start or stop any time! We do adhere to a 24hr cancellation policy but this will be discussed during the assessment.

Do you have any community resources?

We can provide information on a broad variety of community programs and other specialities. We believe in a multidisciplinary approach and have made connections within the community to support this.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! We love the option of gifting training sessions to loved ones. Contact us directly to purchase.
